Fantastic location, very clean

We stayed during a heat wave and the one AC could not keep the bedrooms cool

The apartment is large, both kids and us had separate rooms for sleeping.

The staff was unable to solve any kind of problems. The air conditioning broke down and the only thing they were able to do was say "sorry". They refused all kinds of possible solutions we have suggested while they didn't come up with any proper ideas. Without air conditioning the air doesn't move in the apartment: opening windows don't create a natural air flow but lets a bunch of mosquitoes in, for there's only one window that has a mosquito screen. At the same time Booking.com neither reacted when we asked for their help despite their written promise to act in 24 hours. The facility's interior (both furniture and technical solutions) are cheap and improper made just as on the southeast part of the Balkan. The bathroom keeps smelling, both toilets move when sitting on them, the double sleeping room is not served by the airflow of the air conditioning being too far away, the edge of the bathtub is mouldy. Be aware of the poorly isolated electric wire close to the shower! (Actually we didn't see any reason why it has to be there.)

Really nice, clean and spacious appartment. Big living room, kitchen and three bed rooms with comfortable beds. And a nice balcony. Also very kind owner. Good location close to the beach with some nice restaurants closeby. 1 minute walk to bus stop that takes you directly to Pula for 2 euros (3-4 times per day)
