Apartments Villa Zrinka - Last season ever!

Great apartment on excellent location. It certainly could be modernized, but considering the price and location it was very good deal.

The only good in the balcony and vue

I must say that I use booking since ever and I travel 6 month a year with my two highly educated dog : so I can admit than in a hotel with some luxury a fee can be asked but in a guest house no ! I booked a room studio in a supposedly 4 star guest house well that’s the very first 4 stars guest house which is more an 1 star guest house apart from the vue on the sea ! the room was small the shower room was awful and the owner ! who has a dog wanted me to charge 20 euros per day for my 2 small dogs and after calling him saying that’s was half the price of the room he told me i will offer you 50% discount the reason of charging me money was extra cleaning plus this owner has himself a dog !! so the main reason was just to take from me extra money as anyway you can’t contact him before to ask if there is any surcharge ! but the room is covered not with a carpet or even wood but cheap false wood floor ! plus it was falling appart on the side of it ! the frame of the windows were chipped ! you could repaint them no ? and make your shower clean and neat as all the 3 or 4 star guest house I went in Slovenia Bosnia and Croatia !! plus even the outside hanging clothe dry device is rusted ! I will never come back in your villa !

Perfectly beautiful location

The view was exceptional! Crystal clear waters and amazing scenery. All needs were catered for self catering. The local restaurants were fantastic probably a 25 minute walk which was a pleasure with the scenery and great weather. We ate at Antonio's, Atrium and Mario's. All were great. The apartment was compact but immaculately clean. Dom who manage's Villa Zrinka picked us up from the airport and took us to the supermarket to get stocked up and then for a tour of the local area to get our bearings. Real nice friendly guy. Anna that works with Dom took us back to Split airport when it was time to leave and she was equally nice. Thanks from Dave & Laura we had a great time! Would definitely go back...

Amazing sea front location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Super friendly owners who went out of their way to make our short stay perfect!

Absolutely amazing view from the property and conveniently close to some good restaurants. The fact you can just walk out a few feet and jump in the beautiful water makes it all worth the stay. I must recommend highly. The room was quiet and comfy. Overall, a great experience.
