Het beste was de glanzende tegelvloer.

Het bed viel zwaar tegen. De matras was doorgezakt. De kledingkast heb ik zelf hersteld, de deurtjes zaten scheef. In het bankstel zat je op houten tussenstukjes, je moet goed kijken waar je gaat zitten. De badkamerkast moet je niet openen want dan ruik je het riool. De kookplaat zit los in het aanrecht. De pannen voor de elektrische kookplaat staan allemaal bol, eentje is zelfs gebruik om een spijker ergens in te slaan, gezien de putjes in de bodem. Een ei bakken is een kunst want alles loopt een kant op. Diverse stopcontacten zitten los in de muur. Over het algemeen is de beoordeling van een 9,8 misschien goed in 2016, maar we zijn 10 jaar verder en er is volgens mij sindsdien niet veel meer gedaan.

Overall, we had a solid stay. The apartment is a good base for exploring the wider Pula/Istria area, especially if you have a car, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Igor was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment had all the essentials, including a high chair which was a great for travelling with a baby. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower had strong pressure with reliable hot water and it was generally quiet at night. The air conditioning also helped warm the space and would likely be great in summer.

The location is about 3 km (roughly a 30-minute walk) from the centre, so not really ideal without a car unless you enjoy a long walk. The kitchen was quite basic and some items shown in the listing photos, such as cooking basics like oil, were not actually provided. The apartment felt a bit dusty. Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty, and while noise from upstairs wasn’t a major issue, it was noticeable at times. The bathroom also gets very humid after showering, and ventilation could be improved, with what looked like possible mould near the ceiling.

De locatie , net buiten centrum. Was goed aan te lopen. Het huis was compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Igor de gastheer was erg vriendelijk en vroeg met regelmaat of alles in orde was . Kortom een echte aanrader !

Közel a belváros (autóval 7 perc az Aréna, gyalog kb. 30 perc). Közelben 2 nagy üzlet (2 perc és 5 perc). Az apartman tiszta, parkolás kiváló, a házigazda kedves, segítőkész.

Das Appartment war genau richtig für uns. Der Vermieter war super nett und schnell erreichbar. Gerne wieder

Everything was great! Apartment is well-equipped, with lots of useful amenities and many small, charming details. The host is kind. Everything is neat and clean, and the location is close to the city center. Also, easy parking in front of the apartment.

The WiFi was a bit weak and the signal occasionally dropped. But that didn’t significantly affect our stay, as the accommodation is highly recommended
