Villa Nena in central Dalmatia

A beautiful apartment with everything you might need. The three of us stayed very comfortably. The balcony offers a stunning panorama. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, with shops and restaurants nearby. Trogir Old Town can be reached by car in just a few minutes. We can only recommend it! 🌞

The way is a bit steep, but the view is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! 🌞

Csodás volt a kilátás, jo volt a apartman eprendezese. Ideális pároknak vagy kis családnak.

Aussicht (Meerblick). Bettgröße. Klimaanlage. Küchenausstattung. Balkon. Wäscheleine. Rollläden.

Sehr schlechte Lage für Autos. Super enge und steile Hinfahrt zur Unterkunft. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft ebenfalls mangelhaft. Sehr undurchdacht. Lautstärke der Nachbarn z.B. ständiges Verschieben von Stühlen. Extrem dünne Wände, sodass Geräusche der Nachbarn laut zu hören sind. Für 8 Nächte 2 Handtücher erhalten während man eine direkte Lage am Strand hat ist zu wenig. Unwillkommener Empfang, man hat uns weggeschickt weil wir um ca. 11 Uhr da waren, kein Trinken angeboten, Koffer ablegen angeboten, kein freundliches Hallo oder Einführung. Man hat uns vorher noch explizit angefragt, ob wir vor 12 Uhr kommen. Wir haben uns sehr unwillkommen gefühlt. Toilettenpapier, Seife, Küchenrolle und Spülmittel sind selbst zu besorgen. Duschvorhang klebt sich während der Dusche Richtung Körper. Duschmatte. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten auf einer oberen Fläche. Kein Tisch im Inneren.

The quality-price proportion is fine. The accommodation was quite simple, but clean. The air conditioning worked well. Kitchen equipment basic. The view from the balcony super. As for the location or distance from the beach - really great. In the area there is a store, restaruant and bars, bus stop, water taxi to the center of Trogir also not far.

In general, I have no major complaints, however, the promised equipment was missing: No coffee maker and tea and coffee making set. Only a kettle was available in the room. No iron. Toilet paper left for us in the following amount - 1 roll for 10 days for two people. We had to buy on our own and left what was left of the multi-pack. There were ants walking in the kitchen, so you have to be very careful with your food and hide it tightly in the refrigerator. It's not a minus, but it's worth mentioning somewhere for the uninformed that the facility is located on a fairly steep hill and while walking two or three times a day in two directions is not a problem, if you go out more often you can get tired.

If your plan is to work remotely from there better is to find another place. WiFi is very weak and mobile internet is not so good from that place. One toilet paper roll for 3 People for 7 days is not enough. There is also shower broken. Could be fixed

Very nice owners of the place, were very helpful. Location is good close to a nice beach with clean water, supermarket indoor bus stop is near by. Kitchen is supplied with everything for cooking, old town with restaurants is few stops away by bus or ferry

To get to the apartment you have to go up the hill, which can be quite a challenge if you are with kids due to high slope
