Apartment Serpa

Era vicino allo studio dentistico.

Lenzuola e federe fatiscenti, nel bagno mancava l'occorrente per la doccia, in cucina tazzine sporche ecc.

Le logement était très propre et confortable, avec une petite terrasse.

L’immeuble est vieux et peu entretenu. Mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire, nous avions un problème avec la porte fenêtre qui ne se fermait plus (déjà ouverte à notre arrivée) et il nous a simplement répondu le lendemain matin qu’elle n’était pas cassée.

For us it was a walk to the soccer game, super convenient. The owner was informative to help us out. He even saved us a parking spot !

The view from the balcony was nice. There was a working washing machine.

The apartment is full of personal belongings (pictures, books) which made it feel like someone was temporarily not there and left it like that for the guests. There was some food (potatoes) left in the pantry. Some kitchen surfaces were not properly cleaned.

Very nice apartment with an awesome terrace and view to the sea. Parking was easy and free, not far away, on the street. With car everything is very close. There is water heater, toaster, cafe maker, waching machine, iron.... Very comfortable really.

Furntiure was a bit random. there were lots of shelves but no wardrobe. And a microwave would be nice. But these are minor problems.
