For us a perfect location. 20/25 minute walk to the center of Rovinj. Free parking at the apartment. Owner very friendly and the apartment has everything you need.

Very cozy apartment, small private terrace and washing machine was a big plus. Host very friendly! Safe neighborhood and bakery + groceries close by. Bit further from old town, but with the shortcut about the same distance we are used to back in our hometown so very walkable.
