Apartment La Bodega

Great central location, did not meet host but communicated well via email, text, phone call to arrange key collection Large apartment all itmes listed were present and in great working order, nice bottle of local drink + sweets left on table Quiet courtyard location

One large room with separate bathroom, however very limited space to unpack suitcases to hang or even have clothes in drawers as wardrobes / cupboards were full of blankets, sheets , towels etc. Although always nice to find tea / coffee etc + bathroom toileteries kitchen + bathroom had so much opened / part used products it seemed as if you were living in somebodies actual home. Aware some guests would like this but felt worth mentioning in my feedback.

Very well managed, 100 % loaded with every things,tea, coffee, snacks, welcome drinks, also host very prompt on reply

very close to tram , bus, center

The location was close to the main square so easy walking to everything! The apartment was immaculate, very well appointed (this owner thought of everything!) and very clean. She helped us find restaurants, pharmacy & taxi to the airport! Wish we could have met her.

The 3 locks to get into the building/apartment were very hard to use as the locks on the 2 front doors were very old.

I need to start this review by saying if you are sensitive to smell this is NOT the place for you. It is underground and this the bathroom has a mold smell. The hallway that goes to the front door of the apartment has a BAD SMELL like mold. The front door smell is VERY strong and seeps into the apartment and my father who is very sensitive to smell could smell it often because he was staying on the couch. So he said although the place is nice it made the stay unpleasant for him. The host was exceptional and very helpful! She was very thoughtful and had beautiful flowers waiting for us to greet us. There were light few snacks and beverages in the refrigerator . The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There were extra linen to make up the couch.

Since it is underground there are bad smells from the bathroom and hallway to the front door. The apartment is nice but the building it is in is very run down and thus the mold smells.
