Owner was super friendly and easy to contact. View and jacuzzi were excellent

Odmor za dušu i tijelo. Sve je bilo super, čisto i uredno. Domaćin susretljiv i dostupan u svakom trenutku. Sve pohvale i svaka preporuka. Svakako ponovno dolazimo

Jacuzzi and wood stove were nice

Bad experience with the host. He asked us the night before when we would be checking out; we said "around 10am" and he said sure, ok. Then in the morning he texted me and said he was in the city, but just to leave the keys in the mailbox when we left. Ok, fine. I replied that we expected to walk out around 10-10:30, set my phone on the table, and my wife and I go about our business making breakfast, packing, and taking a last dip in the jacuzzi. As we were packing our last things, I checked my phone at ~10:25 and saw several missed calls and texts about how the cleaning person was waiting for us to leave. I messaged that ok, sorry, we will be out in a few minutes. As we were putting our suitcases in the car, the host comes charging up, yelling at us about how he has another guest checking in at 4pm (a 1 bedroom flat can't be cleaned in 5.5 hours??) and needs it cleaned, it's so disrespectful/awful/unfair, etc. He continued to rant and yell at us as we loaded the last of our things, including threatening to call the police (for what reason, I cannot imagine). Then, as we started to back out of the driveway to leave as desired, he comes walking after the car and telling us not to leave, as he is calling "my guys". I'm not sure if that meant the police or his friends, but either way, very threatening. It was 10:37am exactly when we were backing out of the driveway, I checked. I fully understand that there are sometimes tight turnarounds, maybe he only had the cleaner for a specific time, etc. But if that was the case, why not mention it to us when we discussed it the night before, or when he texted in the morning? A simple comment would have avoided this whole situation. Every other place in Croatia has been very relaxed about exact checkout time, so we didn't think anything of it. Or the cleaner could have knocked and started. The yelling, threatening, etc are also unacceptable under any circumstances.
