Pozitivne strane smještaja su to što se nalazi u centru grada te ima osigurano parkirno mjesto. Apartman je dovoljno velik za tročlanu obitelj, no ipak nije prilagođen ako imate dijete mlađe od godinu dana. Prostorije su bile čiste, te je apartman bio prozračen prije nego što smo stigli. Također, i bojler je bio uključen tako da nije nedostajalo tople vode. Komunikacija s vlasnikom je bila brza i efikasna.

Bilo bi dobro da je kuhinja bila bolje opremljena, nedostajalo mi je nekoliko stvari, ali sam se uspjela snaći (za one koji ne planiraju kuhati je sasvim u redu). Što se tiče kupaonice i vlage, problem bi bio manje uočiljiv kada bi se nakon svakog tuširanja otvarao prozor (tako da nije sve ni do vlasnika).

Odličan smeštaj. Najbolji odnos cene i kvaliteta. Apartman se nalazi u samom srcu Zagreba. Sve je čisto i poseduje sve što je potrebno. Parking mesto se nalazi ispred samog apartmana tako da za auto ne treba da brinete. Svaka preporuka, a mi ćemo se svakako vratiti.

Az elhelyezkedŵs

Szóltam, hogy későn este érkezünk, mégis nyitva voltak az ablakok. Nagyon fáztunk. A klíma nem indult el csak sok idő után. Szennyvíz szag volt a wc-n és folyt a zuhany. A kanapéágy kényelmetlen volt, a szállásadó sem kommunikált túl kedvesen chaten. Az udvarba beállni nagyon szűkös, nagy autóval nem ajánlom stresszes.

A localização é ótima! A casa é grande, completa, de fácil acesso.. e a comunicação com o proprietário foi boa!

A casa tem um vazamento no banheiro.. no box.. quando você toma banho alaga parte do banheiro! E as paredes e o teto do quarto estavam bem sujas! Tinham muitos pernilongos esmagados por todas as partes! Isso realmente me incomodou bastante! Se fizesse uma boa limpeza na casa e manutenção no banheiro, seria ótimo!
