Dobra lokalizacja, widok na promenade, stare miasto, restauracje i sklepy w pobliżu, organy morskie wszystko w zasięgu ręki

Materace na łóżku zdecydowanie zbyt miękkie, niewygodnie się spało, remont chodnika pod samymi oknami i hałasy, ponad kilometr od plaży kolovare na której można się swobodnie rozłożyć

"The apartment did not meet basic hygiene and comfort standards. Poor cleanliness, bad bathroom smell, weak shower pressu"

Only the Location

The towels were left in a bag and not presented in an acceptable or hygienic way. In addition, the bathroom has a very bad smell, the shower water pressure is too weak to properly shower, and the bed sheets are very old and even torn. Overall, this is not acceptable and does not meet basic accommodation standards. I am quite disappointed with this experience.

Die Lage ist perfekt – alles in der Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Matratze ist sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch zum Heizen einwandfrei.

Obwohl die Wohnung renoviert wurde, entspricht die Einrichtung nicht ganz einem modernen Standard. Bei ungünstiger Witterung entstehen Gerüche aus dem Duschabfluss. Durch das Lokal im Erdgeschoss kann es zeitweise lauter werden.

Nous avons du passer dans une agence pour payer la taxe de sejour. Ensuite ils nous ont envoyé les instructions par whatsapp, nous étions supposé avoir le studio à 16h et j'ai du les appeler à 16h30 car nous n'avions pas de nouvelles

Une des deux dames à l'agence ne nous donnait pas les informations que j'avais demandé concernant le parking (très difficile à zadar!!!) Assez bruyant....( bruit de la route ou des fetards..)

Doskonala lokalizacja i bardzo dobry kontakt z wlascicielami. Jest troche widoku na promenade i morze. Blisko restauracje i wszystkie ladne miejsca na starowce.

Apartament wypada slabo. Budynek z zewnatrz nie wyglada zachecajaco jak rowniez wejscie i schody na ktorych chetnie sika jakus pies a o sprzataniu nikt nie pomysli. Jest brudno. Sam apartament uwazam ze wymaga juz remontu. Nieprzyjemny zapach po otwarciu drzwi niweluje otwarcie okna. Lozko jest juz wylezone a trzecie rezerwowe to jakis zart. Duzo podrozujemy i jest to jedna ze slabszych kwater. Poza tym trzeba liczyc sie z halasami za oknem poniewaz jest tutaj bardzo ruchliwa droga z restauracjami. Ale to w koncu srodek starego miasta. Lokalizacja za to jest perfekcyjna i to troche pomaga. Jak dla mnie na wyjazd weekendowy moze byc ale na dluzsze wakacje to juz jak kto woli.
