Excellent location

When we arrived the room was damp and our towels were folded on the bed but still very wet. It also felt like there were crumbs on the floor, so not very clean.

"Great location in centre of Zadar"

Great location in old town. Good to pick up catamaran passenger ferries. Kettle and fridge available. Good air conditioning.

Future guests beware it’s on the second floor. No problem for us as we were travelling light. Would have been nice to have a hob or microwave.

"A perfect 1 night stop for a last minute stay."

Excellent location within Zadar Old Town. Had everything we needed for our 1 night, very last minute visit. We were missing a sheet for the sofa bed which was brought to us. Great little studio.
