Ruim appartement. Locatie is heel dicht bij het centrum.

The property is well located and easy to move around the city

The mattresses are awful and need to be changed apart

Our flight was delayed by three hours, and we arrived much later than scheduled. Communication was excellent and clear directions were provided to get into the apartment. We enjoyed our stay in the Sapphire apartment and our visit Zagreb.

Cleanliness, location of the apartment. Well equipped kitchen and availability of washing machine to do laundry. Our host was very friendly too.

No hooks to hang up clothes and towels in the toilet.

Nicely appointed apartment in a good location

The location was great, and my kids were able to be comfortable with the twin beds. The kitchenette was good. We liked the laundry facilities and amenities.

The shower was a little hard to control- if you put the spray on, it shot over the shower wall onto the bathroom floor. We also had trouble with the TV.

A little street noise that didn't bother, but otherwise a quiet location. High ceilings, lots of space. Great ac in rooms. Everything worked well. We were traveling with another family. They rented the other apartment and it was very convenient to hang out together when wanted or have privacy when wanted.

Not much counter space for toiletries in the main bedroom. Street gate was a little finicky.
