Mariva Downtown apartment with free parking

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, equipment with everything you may need for your vacation! Mariva (I hope it the owner name), was super kind, even that we wake her up when we checked in at 2 am, and always available with a good will to help. The apartment located in the middle of the old town, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the main public bus station and the port, and has an option for a private parking 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Thank you for everything, we highly recommend on your hosting.

The bedroom doesn't have air-conditioning, but if you keep the door open, it's not a problem.

Perfect location in the heart of Rovinj just a couple of minutes away from shops bars restaurants etc. Kitchen well equipped, perfectly cleaned bathroom and super comfy bed. Private parking is a big bonus in Rovinj. Host is very helpful,always quick responses to our questions.

Beautiful place in an amazing location, clean and equipped with everything you might need. There was even coffee and wine left for us as a welcome touch. Ivana met us at the parking area and guided us to the apartment, which is about an 8-minute walk away. You’re right in the city center but on a peaceful street. We would warmly recommend it.

Il parcheggio dell'auto è in un parcheggio riservato a circa 350m dall'appartamento in una posizione più alta rispetto all'appartamento. Per noi non è stato un problema portare le valigie in salita forse ci sono servizi di trasporto valigie.

Közel a belvároshoz mégis csendes utcában. Szépen felújított, szép, praktikus lakás. Kedves szállásadó. Minden szuper volt.

Tutto è stato perfetto! Appartamento molto funzionale: lavastoviglie, forno, aria condizionata, macchina per il caffè e tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno. Una bottiglia di prosecco in frigo e accessori in bagno. Situato in pieno centro storico ma in una stradina interna, quindi , molto tranquillo . Ivana ci aspettava nel parcheggio ( situato a circa 300 metri dalla casa). Ci ha fornito informazioni utili per godere al meglio il nostro soggiorno.

We appreciated the central location with easy access to the Old Town. The apartment was very well equipped and we were able to cook two meals during our stay there. Air con was also a blessing with the hot weather.
