"Great value, but with some "new property" kinks to work out"

Location wasn't too hard to find. Brand new building, everything is spotlessly clean with new appliances. Had a washing machine (which we didn't use), as well as ok wifi. Great value.

No hot water, even though we followed the directions exactly (to NOT touch the switch). TV wasn't working too well either (broadcast channels wouldn't work, and Netflix spent a lot of time buffering). Lots of rules on the door kind of made me wonder whose comfort was more important, even though none of them applied to us (no cooking fish, no smacking mosquitos on walls, no loud noises).
