L'appartement est très bien aménagé, très bien équipé. On peut être rapidement dans le centre de Zadar (15min à pied). La communication a été efficace avec la gérante.

Appartamento nuovo e bello, parcheggio comodo.Lo consiglierei se si deve rimanere per una notte. È abbastanza vicino al centro storico, circa 20 minuti a piedi, ma credo non comodo se si devono raggiungere le spiagge.
L' edificio esterno purtroppo è molto fatiscente e non ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri Rientrando la sera abbiamo incontrato sulle scale anche una persona ubriaca che gridava e saliva i gradini con difficoltà e barcollando.

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je zaista odlično iskustvo. Prostor je bio izuzetno čist, uredan i lijepo opremljen, sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je odlična, mirna, a opet dovoljno blizu svih važnih povjesnih sadržaja. Gospođa Vera je bila ljubazna, susretljivi i uvijek dostupni za sva pitanja ili pomoć. Posebno bih istakla profesionalan odnos prema gostima. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj. Posebno zbog lokacije. Rado bih se ponovo vratila!

Muy buen sitio para alojarse en Zadar, con parking gratis (al aire libre) y a 15-20 minutos andando del centro. Hay un supermercado Spar al lado. El apartamento está limpio y bien equipado. Auto check-in lo cual es muy cómodo.
Se agradecería una tostadora. El aire acondicionado no está en el dormitorio, aunque nosotros en septiembre y encendiéndolo en el salón no tuvimos calor.

This place was spotless clean and better equipped than our own house. Every little detail was thought through and well finished to the smallest hook - very impressive. The cleaning lady also let us drop bags before the checking. Plenty of parking in the courtyard, good location next to a supermarket and a nice walk to the old town. Very good and clear communication from the host Vera. Overall, we enjoyed tremendously and would definitely come back!

Central location, very easy to find, giant interspar shopping centre opposite which was great. Bus station about 5 mins walk so very good if you were to travel to Plitvice Lakes or Split like we did. Owner was very friendly via messages. Apartment was beautiful and very clean and well maintained.
No bad comments. Everything was great.
