The apartment and its quality of interior design and finish was exceptional. The location was right in the heart of the Old Town, so we were right in the action. Of course, this means that you don’t get a view and it’s noisy at night, so it depends what you are looking for. The owners were super friendly and helpful.

The reservation clearly stated that the airport transfer was included (*Included in the price* "Roundtrip airport transfer". I have it on paper...). The host paid for the transfer from the airport to Trogir but refused to pay for the return. They argued that they only offered to intermediate the transfers and that the mistake on the reservation was outside their control, and that we had to pay for the transfer. They gave us unrealistic transfer prices (inflated what they paid and deflated what they had to pay us...). One reason to book this place was the included transfer to avoid stress. In the end, the transfer caused unnecessary stress. Right after booking, I contacted them to agree on the transfer, and they never responded. They only sent an automatic message with general information. I contacted them again a few days before the trip, and then they responded without mentioning any costs for the transfer. We had a written agreement: this booking was not refundable. If I had to cancel, I would have to pay in full, right? So, if a host offers/promises a service, they must provide it.

Beautiful place to stay with great hosts. The room was lovely and clean, and it was great that we could cook and wash our clothes. The town itself is amazing, even though off peak there’s not many shops open. However it’s only 30 mins-1hr bus to Spit, which always seems busy. Definitely would recommend visiting!

The appartment was exceptional. Clean, tidy and well appointed. Location was perfect and the hosts were excellent.
