Super location Very spacious No noise from the street

This apartment was absolutely fantastic for the three of us. We had numerous emails and texts with the host (Luka) before our arrival giving recommendations for trips, restaurants and bars, and were met in the square directly outside to be shown around and given the keys. The location is superb, right in the heart of the old town with numerous restaurants, bars and shops nearby and also easy access to the harbour area for boat trips and just being near the water. The apartment itself was amazing with a very large living room, kitchen & dining area with beautiful views over the church and square immediately outside. The sounds from the church and restaurants can only really be heard when the windows are open and for us just added to the overall atmosphere. The bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment and overlook the private courtyard garden so a very quiet. The main bedroom is very large with ample space and wardrobe space, etc. There is also a large spa bath and shower which took a little while to work out. The smaller bedroom has a single bed which was fine for us but doesn't have aircon so could be an issue in the hotter months. There is a separate shower/wc room and also a standalone wc so plenty of bathroom facilities for everyone. The big bonus is having a large roof terrace in the middle of the old town. We spent a few mornings and evenings up there when the temperature was a little more pleasant. The spiral staircase can be a little tight and steep but certainly manageable. When it was time to leave and go home Luka even organised a local taxi to collect us and take us to the airport at 4.30am so that we didn't have to worry about finding one ourselves. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment in Zadar old town then you will be hard pushed to find a better one than this. If we return to Zadar in the future then we will certainly be looking to stay here again.

Only thing that could have been better would be to have aircon in the second bedroom though this didn't really affect us.

Clean apartment at the old city. Nice staff, always willing to help.

In august there are live performances. A singer sang loudly until very late in front of the apartment. It was nice for us, but hard wiith kids thar are willing to sleep. The windows are doing great to reduce the noise, but the church bells every hour and live performance are very loud. It is just something to consider when you chose to sleep in the old city and not specific to the apartment.

Perfekt läge! En härlig takterrass där vi satt och åt. Tyvärr fanns det bara 4 stolar då vi var 5 , enda minuset. Annars en trevlig och rymlig lägenhet med ac och 2 toaletter. Det underlättade på morgonen 😊

Very spacious apartment in a great location. Lovely terrace. A real oasis. We enjoyed watching local weddings at the St Simon church from the window on Saturday afternoon. Luka was very helpful, he organised a taxi to collect us at the airport. We only stayed two nights but this apartment would be perfect for a longer stay too.

Everything was great.
