I absolutely loved everything about my stay here. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best I've met! Thank you for making my time in Zadar so special. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Mario is a great host. The apartments were super clean. We were 7 ladies in 2 apartments and Mario did his best to keep us happy. Taxi service for longer distances were taken care of by Mario. Walking distance to old town was quick with Mario showing us the short cuts. Although these apartments are not in the old town vicinity, it suited our needs perfectly. Thank you Mario and lovely wife.

I loved everything, the owners were friendly, we were very well received, the photos are true and even better in real life, it was an incredible stay

The apartment is located a bit away from the city center, as stated in the description. However, even without a car, it was easy to walk around. The area is quiet, and there is a large supermarket nearby. The check-in process was excellent. Although self-check-in was available, I met with the owner, who kindly showed me everything, explained the details, and even treated me to a bottle of beer))) The owner is a very friendly person. The apartment is spacious, with a great balcony, a separate bedroom, and a large studio kitchen. Everything was impeccably clean. For cooking, there were frying pans, pots, and other kitchen utensils. Sleeping was comfortable. The balcony was a lovely place to spend evenings or mornings with a cup of coffee. The apartment was regularly cleaned, and towels were changed. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Many thanks to the owner, and best wishes!

Apartment had everything from equipment and was extra clean. Parking spot in front of house. Friendly host and we are for sure coming back.

Very warm tenant, gifted us a beer and some fresh mandarines. The place was very clean, easy to access, pretty close from the center of Zadar. We highly recommand the place !

Amazing, little apartment that was spacious enough for a single person. Great quality of the bed, incredibly clean bathroom and kitchen. Big balcony and some view over the rooftops of Zadar. All sorts of amenities around. Very quiet place and good parking. I only stayed one night, but I could have easily stayed there longer.

It’s a fair bit away from the old town. About 30 min walk into the old town from, or an 8 minute drive.
