Apartment Mareta

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Amazing host, very accommodating as we had a late check in! We were also able to stay in the apartment after our departure time to coincide with our taxi to the airport. Perfect location 10 minute walk to the beach. Local bus stop nearby to the old town which was about 10 mins! Apartment located near shops if wish to self cater.

Small feedback! Maybe a water filter jug as water was very heavy lime based! Better selection of glasses and sharp knives as we self catered.

Size of the appartment

Kitchen equipment very basic, lie about the coffee maschine- none, no seafront view,no average(not even bottle of water), no interest from the owner, noise in the evening, distance from the sea was 10 min.fast walk- lie about it on booking.

Loved the apartment ,the host was so helpful and welcoming ,easy to get into town and just a lovely place,we could have stayed longer

The property was exceptionally clean, very spacious, comfortable and light with a balcony from which you had a lovely view of the surrounding area. The bedroom was a good size. The bed was large kingsize? Which was very comfortable. Additional pillows were provided for me on my request. The bathroom was also spacious, with a very good shower. Very modern bathroom fittings.

Unfortunately, at present I have some mobility issues, so found the four flights of stairs up to my top apartment Difficult, especially with my luggage. I found the kitchen equipment a bit sparse, especially cooking utensils, were in short supply. A few more pans would’ve been helpful. A washing machine would’ve been an advantage also, but sadly there wasn’t one. The nearest bus stop into the old town is about a 15 minute walk, then a 15 minute bus ride follows. Services are only on the half hour. It is worth knowing this if you do not have transport and your mobility is limited. The fare was only €1.25 each way, so, affordable. There is a small supermarket about a five minute walk from the apartment, although it is quite expensive. It therefore means you are better buying from a supermarket in the old town.

Spacy apartment with a sea view, super clean, kind and helpful host, quiet area with a small shop behind the corner.

Excellent place, clean and fully equipped. The owner let me check out much later without any extra charge. Thank you!
