Villa Green Palm

The apartment was very near to the center and beach. All the shops, all you need is in the area. But the friendliness of the host is on another level. Also the place is clean and has all the equipment you need.

It would be great if there was an option to have the towels replaced once during the stay, but I understand that it is not customary in apartments.

Everything

Apartment is new and constructed to a very high quality. Appliances and furnishings are top of the line. The views are spectacular.

Irritating shortcomings. Switching on the oven repeatedly tripped the contact breaker for the whole apartment’s electricity, rendering it unusable. The bath had faulty drainage that flooded the entire bathroom via the shower drain. Fortunately the separate shower worked perfectly. The owner/caretaker in the ground floor apartment is friendly but speaks no English, meaning that the shortcomings were not dealt with. There are no instruction books for the appliances. The 50 steps from entry to apartment will challenge some.

The host is amazing and very helpful. The check-in was easy going and also flexible. As for the appartement, it's very spacious, well equipped. Is has a nice furniture and everything was very clean.

The location is the best you can get. The staff is very friendly.

great location, great apartment. we had full view of the harbor from the kitchen window and partly from nu the balcony. only 2 steps from the marina harbor. centrally located for Rovinj and Porec. new apartment with all you need. definitely to be recommended.
