Good attitude of a owner very helpful. Nice swimming pool very clear. Big clean room with a good equipment.

Everything was great

Very good location if you are doing a lot of outfore activities in the nearby cities, friendly owner who wants to help and the view is incredible. Clean rooms and super market and village nearby.

The house is still in renovation (to complete the full villa)) from the outside, but from the inside its perfect.

Niko is an excellent host, friendly and always helpful. Guest satisfaction has highest priority to him! The southside apartment #5 has a beautiful view, huge nice balcony, effective air conditioning an a generous bathroom. When we arrived, Niko had just finished a nice swimming pool perfecting a nice outside area to swim, talk or barbecue.

Staff and owners were exceptionally friendly. Pool was brand new. Immediate response when in contact. Peaceful place.

There was no elevator.

The apartment managers are really nice and friendly, he also gives us a drink in the night and two breads and also a bottle of milk.[old comment part] Since the apartment cancel the whole deal, told the system that we never came after i replied and points out some point. And wenn i get up, i saw 2 Euro refund(?) i am really confused and angry what the host is doing. Is it necessary to consult people like that? I really would like to points something out. (1) he says in other people's comment that gives low credits too, that their money is dirty money. Since when the difference between dirty money and clean money is that if the person gives a good comment? In what civilization? People spend money and should get the right to say what they really feel instead of being abused. (2) he chooses the point of the location and the car fee to say back things. But didn't say a thing about the dirty spot and the noisy refrigerator. (3) He did good and tried to cover it all. Yes the UBER fee is not what he says would be 150 Euro. Tops 60Euro. And says our dirty money and counts the 2 Euro? Who is the one really cares money here? And is it for good people as he calls himself to badly guessing people's motive? Stop acting hypocritical plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz And 2 Euro refund and cancels the deal? ? (4) The view didn't change with time please. The only window to look out is the small balcony towards the mountain, which i takes photo. I wouldn't call that sea view and garden view to charge more. (5) yes there is location on the map before ordering. It gets really tired now. Never saw such an apartment. And the last thing is really confused and annoying. I don't know if the comment could still here if the deal is canceled by the apartment. Is it that i said i will pay the 2 Euro for the bread and milk since he points out it, so he refunds me 2 Euro?????????? But i said the opposite way. Still confusing???

But still there are some flaws that we wouldn’t advise this place: (1) the noise of the air conditioner is really loud, I can barely sleep in the night until 3:00 am., sometimes it sounds like wild winds, sometimes like some cloths wildly being thrown up and down…(2) the location: it’s really not so convenient for going to both Zadar airport and Zadar bus station. It takes like about 40 min from the airport with 50€ and another 40 min with 40€ from the apartment to the bus station. That’s kind of as much as the room price:( (3) the bus: the government bus is not on time at all, imagine 5:30 in the road we are waiting….. for nothing…..and I look around in the official website, there is also nothing useful and even just information from two years ago (4) the descriptions and the reality didn’t fit: we choose the expensive room option more for the “sea view”, so that the room should be garden view, sea view, and Mountain View, but…the sea view is so far far far, I think you couldn’t barely call it sea view. And we also see no garten but sand and grass and road, yes there is Mountain View but just fine (5) cleaning problem: inside the refrigerator there is the brown stink which I don’t know what that is….before that, I think everything is clean:( （6）and the second day we get to Split to live at a room with 90€ at 14th with real sea views looking down, and the price we pay for here is also about 90€…. Really confused at the moment. All in all, anything except the attitude is kind of bad experience for us..

It’s a nice and clean property. We only stayed the night here on our road trip but it perfectly sufficed. The manager was very welcoming. Would recommend

The hostess was super friendly and warmhearted. She said that if we need something we should just go and ask. 😊 Apartment was clean and there were everything we needed. Sheets were clean, nice views from the balcony. Dog and cat greeting us when we arrived was also a big plus. 🥰 Peaceful location, grocery store near by.

We loved here. During our trip here was our best location. We felt like at home. Our host was so welcoming, she made our stay definitely a 5 star experience. The complimentary treats when we arrived were really nice. The room was very peaceful. There were 2 balconies. Also a nice couch to relax and read books. We cannot enjoy more and we visited here one more time also on our way back. So we could play with Lea ( the doggy) and the cat. If u come to Zadar and feel like at home don’t search for another place.
