The apartment is exactly as described and shown in photos. In a very quiet and private area . The apartment was larger than we expected . The host was extremely nice and easy to work with.

Very outdated and old Gas stove can’t barely cook anything no pan to cook with

Location and communication with owner is the only plus.

The photos in the advert are very misleading, there are two apartments, and the one we were staying in was very depressing to say the least. The apartment is drab, in need of colour, again the photos of this apartment are very different to ones in the advert. Mould in the bathroom, noisy air con, bedrooms have no air con, very hot night sleep, dodgy looking sofa, covered with a blanket. Noisy neighbours in downstairs apartment. Was a very depressing end to what had been an amazing stay in Split and Brac. Two previous accommodations were excellent, of high quality and the same price. Owner needs to be honest and upfront in advert, maybe suggest two adverts so that people of not fooled into thinking the apartment is as nice as it looks. If location is all you are concerned, then this is fine.

Really nice staff, very helpful. Nice accomodation, minimalistic but all you need.

Rooms a bit bland but that’s not too much of an issue.

A little hard to located/check in

Perfect location! So close to old town yet tucked away enough that it’s nice and quiet so easy to sleep! Had everything I needed for the night and they were so flexible with check-in and check-out time and let me leave my luggage when I got there early!! Lovely people & lovely place!
