First and foremost, the apartment was meticulously maintained and had a lovely ambiance. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay, and were equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight of this apartment was undoubtedly its location. Being only 400 meters away from the beach meant that I could easily walk to the seaside and enjoy the beautiful views at any time. Additionally, the apartment's close proximity to the historical town center allowed me to explore the charming streets, absorb the rich history, and indulge in local cuisine without any hassle or long commutes. Furthermore, having shops and a shopping mall nearby was incredibly convenient. It made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily access groceries, souvenirs, and any other necessities without having to travel far. The convenience and accessibility of these amenities truly enriched my overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this rented apartment to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is set in the middle of a refreshing fruit and vegetable garden. We were welcomed by a beautiful path underneath growing vines. The perfect location of the apartment gives the opportunity to get away from the summer heat. Our host was very friendly and always happy to give advice on where to eat and what to do. His mum even made 'krostula' (a sweet Kroatian delicacy) for us. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need.

Unfortunately, eating outside the apartment was not so enjoyable due to the high number of mosquitos in summer. So be prepared and bring mosquito repellant!

Lovely apartment, spacious, well equipped and had an outdoor seating area. The location was great very close to the beach and the town where there are many restaurants and bars.

Location: a short walk to the old town, beaches, shops/supermarkets and cafes. The apartment is new, clean, spacious and well insulated - we didnt need to turn on the air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable. Nice and soft linen and towels. Black out curtains to keep the bedrooms dark during sleep. Kitchen: everything you need for cooking and baking. Dishwasher and washing machine, clothes rack. Outdoor dining set. Private parking next to the apartment. Perfect!

Spacious apartment with everything you need, two balconies, A/C, all appliances. Set in a lovely compound with vines and olive trees aplenty. Owner was very responsive and helpful. 10 min walk to the old town. Convenience shops and massive supermarket nearby. Highly recommend.

Very good location closed to the beach, the Old City, shops, restaurants, etc. And what is important it is a very quiet place because the house is sorrouned by a large wonderful garden. Apartment was very clean and well equipped - we find there all what we needed to have comfortable staying. Host was very helpful. We are absolutely sure that we come to the Relja Apartment again in a future.

This apartment exceeded our expectations the minute we walked in. It was spotlessly clean and was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Set in a secluded area, the apartment is close to shops and is an easy walk into Zadar old town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

It was a bit tricky to find, but that could have been us! There were closed roads in the area where the satnav wanted to take us, but once we were there, we found our way around easily. Immediate area a bit run down, but not particularly a problem.

We came very late at night and owner met us to hand over the key, check in was without any issues. The location is brilliant, walking distance to the city center and shopping area. Apartment was sparkling, fully equipped, parking is inside of the gate. Photos shows exactly the real picture of the apartment. We will come back again. Highly recommended!
