Dusche wurde nach ca. 10min Duschgang kalt - nach halber Stunde warten aber wieder warm

The apartment by itself met my expectations, but the fact that it is in a basement took me by surprise. It is small indeed but very clean and organized, the bed looks s very comfortable and the linens are super clean, it’s quiet, private, close to the Bus terminal, accessible, comfortable and cozy. Owner is kind , accessible and communicative. You will definitely have no trouble contacting or receiving timely information from her.

I wasn’t expecting a basement apartment, I think that’s what took me by surprise. The lights gets through the front door, but it’s very easily dived hanging a heavy curtain. The neighborhood is quiet, but there aren’t any supermarkets, or stores close by. It’s not that far from downtown, but it’s far enough if you try to walk there. You’re better off taking a taxi or public transportation which was a bit of a challenge to me because I can’t speak Croatian so I had to be bold and approach people for information. Most of them are very nice people, but others don’t feel comfortable when approached by strangers. You can’t always get a taxi if you don’t call first, so you can’t just wave at them to stop. They won’t. But other than that it’s a wonderful city which I highly recommend visiting. It’s a very safe, clean and magnificent city. I recommend Piccolo apartment to those who don’t mind basements.

Situated in an old building but it is a modern apartment, well furnished and in a good position, nearby a tram stop and a 10 mins walk from the cathedral and basically everything

Es muy pequeñito pero tiene de todo. Esta muy aprovechado. Cama muy comoda. Aparcamos el coche en un parking al lado por 6.6€ las 24h. Esta a 20 min caminando del centro. En general súper bien
