Die Nähe zum Meer.

Die Lampen im Bad waren defekt, der wc Sitz löst und das Wasser in wc schaffte es nicht, alles runter zu spülen. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Wenn man Nachbarn hat, die gerne lange feiern oder laut Fernsehen uvm., ist man live dabei, ob man es will oder nicht. Im Erdgeschoß schaut man von der Terrasse geradewegs in eine Betonwand, die den Gartenbereich vom Nachbargrunfstück trennt. Im Hochsommer dürfte sich da die Hitze stauen.
