Absolutely spot on. Lovely accommodation in a great location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The bed is cosy and comfy. Easy walk to all the main sites, bus station and ferry port. Highly recommend and would happily return. Nina is an excellent host and the instructions for directions and check in were brilliant. Thank you Nina you made my stay in Split really enjoyable.

Beautiful, clean apartment within walking distance of the Old Town, about three or four minutes away. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. Very friendly host.

The ground-floor location takes away some privacy because there is another apartment directly above. As a result, you either end up being in full view or living in dim light. A bit damp.

-Great location, not even 5 min walk to old town, surrounded by other houses/apartments so felt safe. -Nina the host was attentive and friendly. -Coffee machine with pods which was nice (only wish there were more as we were there for 11 nights) but not expected! -WiFi was great

-Not necessarily a negative but I do feel that the pictures of the apartments should be clearer as to which one is which. As the other apartment was booked during the same time as us, when booking, we weren’t offered the bigger one so weren’t even aware that there were two. We stayed in the downstairs area which is shown in the photos but weren’t aware, again, there were two so thought all the photos was just the one apartment. Still good value for money due to location but I do feel like they should be listed as - APT 1 & APT 2 so people know what they’re expecting 😊

J'ai apprécié la communication avant mon arrivée et durant tout mon séjour avec mon hôte Nina Le logement est très fonctionnel est dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Merci à mon hôte pour la petite attention à mon arrivée La salle de bain disposait aussi de tout le nécessaire (gel douche, crème ect..) Tout était extrêmement propre Bon couchage. La clim fonctionnait bien Le logement est idéalement situé à 2 min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 minutes du port, 12 de la garde de bus. Petits commerces à proximité Calme et confortable je recommande à 100%

Поселение без проблемное апартаменты находятся в самом центре города , но при этом очень тихое место… заходишь в апартаменты и Вау!! Нас встречала прохлада.., кофе машина с вкуснейшим кофе.., очень удобная кровать с приятным постельным бельем!!! Нам очень понравилось.. Все!!! От от мягких приятно пахнущих полотенец..до террасы с цветами!! Спасибо вам огромное Нина! За уют !!

Shared balcony, which was outside the upstairs apartments door. It was possibly my fault, but I thought we were getting the nicer room shown in all the pictures.
