Nice apartment very good location. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Walking distance to beach and only 20 min walk to center.

We where 4 persons and the sofa bed was very unpleasant to sleep in. The master room was very comfortable though. If there would be like thin mattress or something for the sofa bed that would make big difference.

+Location. It is very convenient whatever you want to do-beach or city center are close. +host. Guy is unbelievable and very helpful. Wine and fruits on the welcome. Big up +space of the apartment

- the aparment is not very clean. Also the smell sometimes is unpleasant - when searching, i was looking for locations with parking. There is only parking on the street and it is very very tight, especially when you travel with big car. - additional cleaning during one week stay for 40€ is a joke.

Good location about 20 mins out of town. Nicely furnished. Nice restaurants locally. Parking. Helpful owner and very accommodating.

The smell! Not sure if it’s the drains or just damp . All our clothes smelt horrible after a few days and I had to wash them. No outdoor space or windows that open.

"Perfect location for a stay in Split"

The apartment is amazing, I had a very good stay!! Neno was very helpful and always avaliable for needs. Everything was clean, modern and well equipped. There is an ironer, hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, enough towels - just everything you need for a good stay. The bed is very comfortable too, sleeping in it was very fine. The location couldn‘t be better, it’s a quiet residental street, several supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries are a 5-10‘ walk away, 15‘ to old town and 5‘ to beach Firule but i recommend you beach Trstenik. It‘s a 10 min walk away but much more cleaner and calmer than Firule, the water is amazing there. I will definitely come back!

The apartment is next to a hostel and sometimes in the evenings you would here the people there. But with a pair of Ohropax this problem was solved quickly.
