Downtown beach apartments

The location is good, very close to the beach and old town. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The parking is close to the building.

There was road construction in front of the apartment building, which we didn't know about. The nearest beach is made of concrete and stones, it looks better on the photos, then in reality. The access to the sea is not very comfortable. The apartment has an office vibe, with office style ceiling and it has vertical shades on big windows, which must be closed, otherwise you'll be observed from neighboring buildings. The bedrooms have windows to the living room and you can't have darkness, if someone is still using the living room.

It is visible the host tries hard to keep the apartment in good conditions and provide a good service. The apartment is good equiped. The location of the building is fine and when the neighboring house will be finished it will be even better. Caffeteria in the house is fine and with nice staff and good coffee.

We did not like the apartment at all. Situated on the groundfloor, in a retail space, bedroom with the shopping windows around… very very dirty sofa, which we had to cover with spare bed sheets to even sit on it, dirty piĺows on the sofa, plastic on the table…,broken diswasher (we were announced before arrival, but with no solution, no compensation, just sorry…)The price was not worth the quality of the apartment.

Location is excellent and very near to the old town

Unfortunately,as was explained to us, previous guests had broken the dish washer and left the apartment in a mess incl. Broken shower wall. Despite the hosts efforts the apartment was still very dirty (e.g.floors,sofa). I hope the hosts can quickly fix the broken things and clean the apartment properly. My review is based on as the apartment as it was at the time of our stay and if properly cleaned and the broken things fixed, i would rate it a bit higher.
