Struttura super ristrutturata all’interno

* Lage perfekt - mitten im Zentrum * Sehr freundliche Vermieterin * Extrem sauberes Apartment * Zwei Klimaanlagen * Super große Küche mit allem, was man so braucht - sehr großer Kühlschrank * Sehr bequemes Bett * Gott sei Dank hat mich die Vermieterin bei einem Treffpunkt abgeholt… Ich weiß nicht, ob ich das Apartment alleine gefunden hätte * WLAN gut - fällt aber auch manchmal aus - das Handynetz funktioniert hier aber auch nur sporadisch - verständlich, es sind ja viele Mauern rund herum

* Parkplatz sehr schwierig zu finden und etwas weit weg und bergauf auch noch - auch ist das öffnen und wieder absperren mit Schlüsselbox und Seil etwas umständlich * Duschwasser könnte etwas wärmer sein

La Signora molto molto gentile, ci ha aiutato ed è venuta incontro alla nostre esigenze. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, in centro, praticamente a due passi da tutto e, nonostante ciò, molto silenziosa con infissi che isolavano bene. L'appartamento probabilmente era un seminterrato rifatto ad uso abitativo con arredi nuovi e moderni.

Appartamento poco luminoso, con finestre piccolissime molto alte e profonde, l'aria non circolava granché. Avrei preferito trovare uno stendino e secondo me come consiglio per chi soggiorna più di 3/4 giorni, una lavatrice non sarebbe male. Abbiamo trovato delle formiche sul piano cottura e nelle mura, nonostante la Signora ci abbia fornito di un veleno Spray, le formiche erano sempre presenti purtroppo. Secondo me, tutto sommato non valeva il prezzo pagato. Surplus per parcheggio di 20€ al giorno: l'ho trovato davvero spropositato, abbiamo usufruito solo per un giorno e la signora ci ha dato l'ok per posteggiare anche la sera del giorno prima pagato e la mattina del check out senza chiederci la differenza. Molto apprezzato, nonostante tutto...

Overall it is a high-end apartment. Air conditioning is in two rooms, the bed is huge, the kitchen (connected to something like a living room) is well equipped and spacious. The location is also excellent.

I chose this room primarily because, according to the listing, it has facilities for the disabled users. However it turned out that the entrance to the apartment is blocked by the stairs leading to the terrace (I showed this in the photo). Before booking, I still inquired in a private conversation whether there was a high threshold or stairs at the entrance. I informed that I was in an electric wheelchair. I was assured that there were no stairs or thresholds! So I can say with certainty that I was deceived. Thus, I had no chance to drive an electric wheelchair inside. With a manual wheelchair, it was only possible to do so after unscrewing the hoops used to propel the wheelchair independently. If my partner's family was not on vacation at the same time (they were about 1km away) I would not have been able to get inside at all! Every day someone had to come to help me transfer from a manual wheelchair to an electric wheelchair (the electric wheelchair was left outside).

Amazing location in the heart of old town Krk but surprisingly quiet. Great flat, very clean and comfortable. Lovely terrace with sea views

The room was spacious, witha super confortable bed. centraly located, loads of bakery and restaurants around for breakfast! good value for money. Highly recommended!
