Apt Ljupka - Zadar - with private free parking

Das Appartement ist wunderschön - modern, extrem sauber, sehr hochwertig und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet und überkomplett mit allem ausgestattet, was wir nur brauchen hätten können. Von qualitativ hochwertigen Kochgeschirr über Pflegeprodukte im Bad bis hin zu allerlei Essen, Getränken und Naschereien, die Ljubica für ihre Gäste bereit stellt! Ljubica ist die netteste Gastgeberin, die wir je kennengelernt haben. Sie ist so bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum funktioniert perfekt und auch der Balkon hat einen gemütlichen Essbereich. Zusätzlich gibt es einen fixen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus, hinter einem Schranken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Apartment sehr genossen und können es nur von ganzen Herzen empfehlen.

We loved everything about it, from the friendly owner and the quality of the place, to the surprise of the abundance of sweets and groceries available at an affordable price. The location is quiet, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. We highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was fully stocked, from coffee to various snacks. A fantastic choice, located very close to Zagreb’s Old Town, in a beautiful building. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The hostess was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. 10+

Our stay was just perfect! Lubica is a perfect host who is taking so much care of the guests comfort starting from the complementary welcome drinks and snacks but also in all tiny details - you will find absolutely all you need in the kitchen (all kitchenware and everything you need for cleaning) in the bathroom, the appartment is fully equipped even for long stays. Clean, comfortable, cosy, well air conditioned in both rooms, easy no key access. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the old city and about 12-15 minutes nice walk to the beach. Spar supermarket and fresh food, fish and meat markets are located just 5 minutes walking distance. We were happy to stay in this part of the city as it is absolutely quiet, no road sounds and no crowds, but still an easy access to everything. Hightly recommended for a quality leisure time.

This is definitely the best equipped air bnb/apartment that I’ve ever lived at. This includes all over the US and Europe. No one has kept literally everything that a person needs to live somewhere other than Ljubica. She has everything under the sun that you can think of including food to cook a meal, toiletries, first aid supplies, kitchen supplies, appliances, utensils. You name it and the apartment has it. She even kept a basket full of packaged snacks and food for us, including vegan options. This was a huge plus since she accounted for different diets. The apartment itself is modern, clean, nicely furnished and equipped. It’s located in a new apartment building a short walk from the old town entrance (since you can cut through a yellow gate and walk across the bridge). One plus point is that the washer was located in the unit itself so we could easily do laundry and dry our clothes in the balcony, which is also nicely done up to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. Like most apartments in Croatia, they have a water heater in the bathroom for hot water but it’s large enough so that we don’t run out of hot water (again a huge plus point compared to other apartments). This apartment is the perfect option for anyone wanting to see a real Croatian coastal city like Zadar, apart from the touristy hot spots like Dubrovnik and Split. It gives a good vibe and a feel of the real Croatian coastal city life. Ljubica is very accommodating and allowed us additional time to checkout as well. I would highly recommend it to American tourists since it’s so well equipped and Ljubica speaks English very well, is organized and communicative and most importantly has the best equipped apartment.

A few minor cosmetic and detailing issues that can be improved- shower stall, microwave and cooking range hood can be cleaned/detailed better. The flooring is a beautiful light brown color hardwood flooring but due to the nature of the flooring, it’s scratched in many places. While this is totally cosmetic, it takes away some of the charm of the decor which is very tasteful. I would also recommend a sofa cover to give the sofa a newer feel. Other than these minor cosmetic issues, the apartment is great value for money and perfect for Zadar.

Impeccable stay! Ljupka was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly like the photos: clean, organized, well-equipped, and quiet. She goes above and beyond what’s promised in the listing — items in the fridge, snacks, bathroom supplies — everything was perfect. It’s a pleasant walk to the Old Town. 10/10, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zadar.
