Very nice and cosy apartment allocated near the beaches and a couple of restaurants and supermarket Apartment has a small kitchen with everything that you need. Coffee machine, boiler, microwave.

The internet is super slow. Was impossible to work on remotely. Even the zoom call were interrupted. As well please note that in 5 metres you will find a new construction in progress so you will enjoy the noisy morning since the 6 AM until 17 PM. I guess that this should be notified prior the booking as a big disadvantage for couple who arrive for relaxing time in vacation.

We stayed the end of Sept. 2024. We met Veseli at the property and he showed us around the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. He later texted us with tips for the apartment and getting around town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well laid out. Lots of natural light! It is quite a small property but we were there for a week and didn't feel like we needed a bigger place. There was a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, oanini press, iron & board, dishwasher and washing machine, instant hot water. All the appliances work properly. There is no grill/oven but we weren't on holidays to cook anyway! The bed was fine, nothing amazing but comfortable enough. The windows had bug screens which was helpful, and black-out shutters. There was a drying line outside one of the windows. The best part was that it was a three minute walk down some steps to the concrete beach and diving platform and a little further to the sand beach (Bačvice). We walked the three minutes every morming for a quick swim to start the day. We didn't have to deal with sand since we went to the Concrete beach. "Concrete beach" doesn't sound good but it is! The apartment is is 10-15 minute walk to the bus station and old town. It was quiet at night, no loud party noises and we felt very safe walking home at night. Its close to many bus routes for adventures!!

There was a building site next door that was noisy but that'll be finished soon! If you have bad knees this might not be the place for you since there are steps, no lift. We managed fine. :)

Unfortunately the building is old, so no elevator - can be a minor struggle if you have heavy luggage to carry up the stairs

Accomataion was a short walk from the city centre with a nice beach nearby and good food venues in between. The host communicated with me well to ensure there were no surprises. The apartment was very clean and had all I needed for a short stay including clean towels and useful facilities. There was also great wifi and air conditioning.

Unfortunately, the checkin/checkout time was sporadic. I had to check in late but check out pretty early. The host was accomadating and let me leave my luggage earlier than checkin. Then on checkout also offered to take my luggage out and drop it to me in town later in the day which I declined.
