Adela Apartments - Beach Žnjan Split

It was close to the beaches, although the main one under construction at the moment, it was very nice anyways.

Location was good

1. Host was not present at the time of arrival to explain. Someone else handed over the keys and he could not speak clear english 2. The utensils in the kitched were not washed properly. Also very less utensils in the kitchen. 3. We are 4 adults and 1 kid. There were only 4 pillows and 3 duvets . On asking for additional pilow , the host got into an argument with me and did not provide the same. 4. The photos mentioned about the apartment are also not correct. They have put the photos of a nearby restaurant 5. The bathroom doors are very old and hottub does not work

Shower didn't work, beds were hard. There were not proper beds in lounge just fold down sofa's which were really uncomfortable. They only provided one third of a toilet roll for 4 people. No dishcloths, no spatula to use for a fried egg, no broom or dust pan & brush to sweep up floor. Cleaning lady came in at exactly 6 mins past 10am and started shouting at us that we had to leave. She was a big and very rude lady !! I had to ask her to stop and leave my room. We did vacate by 10.15am but she was so abusive in her own language. Really scary. Owner of Air BnB apologised but that made no difference. It was not easy to find, I had to walk up and down the road. No one there to meet us and no instructions how to find the apartment. I was lucky to open the door of another apartment and they were the cleaners for the apartment. Thoroughly unhappy with whole experience. Could not recommend to anyone because of rudeness. Should not be allowed to advertise on Air BnB.
