My Apartment

Amazing place. Everything is prepared to ensure your stay is comfortable. The location itself is really convenient - walking distance everywhere takes max 10 minutes. The owner took care of it all: ironing set, all cleaning stuff, even a cold water and a few beers in a fridge on e you get thirsty. external shades, anti-insects window protection, cosy balcony, AC in both rooms - all works perfectly for guests convenience. Great place to stay in Zadar!

Beautiful newly renovated apartment near the old town with free parking space

Great host, gave us recommendations, communication was great. Superb location close to the city centre, very modern with parking. All amenities you can think of were present in the property. Definitely will be returning!

Everything was great! The apartment is in a new building, with private parking spot and elevator. In the apartment you have absolutley everything you need. Everthing is like new. The balcony was also great, we enjoyed it every evening. Big Smart TV. Good wifi connection. The host even left us some water, beer, croissants and cofee to enjoy. Thank you, Marko! We will come back again in the near future.

Well equipped apartment a short walk away from Zadar old town. Arrived late at night and the owner met us with the key and explained everything to us .

Marko is an excellent host who was always available for all questions. We were greeted by everything prepared, neat and clean. The bedding had a very fresh smell. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to the center.

Free private parking. Close to old town (actually using the street at the back of the building to walk down to the bridge will be faster than the Google map suggests). Elevator. Spacious.

Apartment with good luminosity, proper and close to everything (15 mnt) walking max. The host gave us all the information needed like restaurants, near by sites to visit. Really good experience I fully recommend it
