Greenvine Apartment

Ivan was the host of this apartment and he was very kind and patient with our constant changes on arrival time. He handled us the keys and explained everything that we need to know about the apartment. He also had prepared some plates with a few snacks and a delicious liquor to try. The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. There is a table outside that is ideal for eating outdoor and a place to prepare some barbecue. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really had everything that we needed there.

Very hospitable host. Nice location (far from busy roads) > quite, but accessible (also there is Lidl within 500m). Clean. It was not an appartment, but a part of the house with a small yard. There are a table + chairs + bbq fireplace outside - that is very nice for evening time.

Materass (spring) was too soft as for me.

Very nice welcome by the host, the house has more than you need, you feel like you’re at home.

The sofa even though has extra mattress is not comfortable to sleep for longer stay

The host was kind and accommodating. Upon arrival at the apartment, there were snacks provided, a box of candies for the child, and water and juice in the refrigerator. It was very pleasant to be welcomed like this as renters.

The owner's father met us on arrival and explained the facilities and showed us around the property. He had snacks for us ready on the table and cold drinks in the fridge, very appreciated as it was very warm and we were driving from Split. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots and pans, spices etc. The best for me was the outside area under the vine for breakfast and BBQ's, It made us feel very relaxed and at home.

The only problem we had was the AC started leaking, but it wasn't the owner's fault as it was clearly a new AC. We contacted him and he told us to keep using it as we needed the comfort for the night. He was very helpful and apologetic about it.

Good and responsive host, offered a lift from the airport and was helpful throughout our stay. Lovely garden area and a perfect amount of space for two people.

A bit of a walk from the city centre without a car, still not too far.

- Both sofa and especially bed were not made for my body, back and neck ache after 1 night. It’s something personal, my wife was feeling fine.

Nice place, very clean. Everything nessesery was in place. We enjoy are stay.

The sofabed was to uncomfortable as a bed, to hard and it was impossible to sleep on.
