Muy buena ubicación y muy tranquilo para descansar. Tiene un restaurante justo al lado muy bueno

Bien placé par rapport au centre ville, 10 minutes à peine. prix raisonnable.

Appartement très sombre (sans toutes les lumières allumées comme sur les photos) et humide. Je n'ai pas aimé le quartier, rempli de locations saisonnières. Enfin, il est indiqué dans la description booking qu'il y a un lave vaisselle, ce n'est pas le cas. Ça ne m'a pas dérangé pour mes 5 jours/4 nuits de tout faire à la main mais il faudrait faire la modification.

Everything was perfect. We couldn't choose a better apartment to stay in Split. Very cozy, with all the facilities included. We ll definetly choose the same accommodation in the future.

Beautiful apartment which will fulfill all of the needs of a traveler. Close to literally everything, but still away from the hectic streets so it’s amazing for a proper sleep, especially for travelers which are always on the road. Would definitely stay here once I return to Split. Cudos to Petra as she was always available for quick response if needed.

Die perfekte Lage in einem nicht überlaufenen und sehr pittoresken Altstadtbereich. Die Ruhe gerade nachts. Die sehr gute Durchlüftung ohne Nutzung der dennoch vorhandenen Klimaanlage. Die sehr liebevolle Ausstattung. Die Nähe zum Meer(10mins zu Fuß). Zauberhafte kleine Restaurants für Frühstück und Abendessen um die Ecke.

Clean, great location

Great location, about 10 min walk from city centre, very clean and modern, with TV, kitchen, fridge and washing machine. Comfortable bed, nice wardrobe and seating area.

Quite disappointed by the parking situation - we rented a car so needed the properties to have a parking option. In the photos, it looks like there is parking right outside the property which is not the case as it’s very full and blocked up. The road suggested for parking up the road was very tight and also had no space so although it’s free - there isn’t any space and is impossible if you’re going by a bigger car. We ended up parking 10 min walk away from the property which then meant having to walk back and forth when driving anywhere. Ideally would advertise as free parking, street parking as it’s not the case. Also no seating outside even though photos show table and chairs outside.

The place is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, with smart TV, fast wifi, and the host is lovely. Close to the old town, port and bus station. Would stay there again when I go back to Split.
