Studio apartment Petra

Everything was good, the host is very reactive.

Beautiful comfy little apartment with everything you need for your stay in Split. So close to the centre of everything yet so quiet apart from few people walking by the window during the day and even less during the night. Just close the window and it will be just fine. Super modern place, wireless chargers, smart TV, adjustable lamps, filter coffee maker etc. There is a public parking within 1 min walk distance however it seems to be full during the season so it can be quite tricky to park if you travel by car. Nice and smooth check in and check out. Loved the little touches like automatic air fresheners and the nice smelling stick thingy. Highly recommended.

Contact with Petra was very positive from the start until finish. The apartment is in a super convenient location for exploring everything on foot, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The lovely cleaner kindly took in our bags in the morning of our arrival day, so that we could explore the town, which was much appreciated.

The apartment is at ground level. During the night we could hear people passing by

Location - 10 min walk to old city

Occasional noisy neighbours, some building construction in area but not too much noise and we were out most of time. Outside seating area was just ok

This cute little studio has sweet decor, good water pressure in the shower, and a washing machine. The walk to the beach is easy easy. The host is good about communicating.

The parking is free, but it is down a street, around a corner, and back into a courtyard from the apartment (so you will be lugging your bags a ways), and you’re not guaranteed a spot in the lot. The courtyard is also cute but you’re sharing space with your neighbors. There’s also no view from the windows. But if you’re spending time at the apartment when you should be out playing in Split, then you’re doing it wrong.

Cozy, clean well equipped apartment including a washing machine. Close to port and restaurants. Great communication from Petra.
