We loved everything about this place. Absolutely stunning decor, nicest staff, fantastic breakfast - you must order breakfast if you book a stay - highly recommend. Without a doubt the best place we stayed at while in Croatia.

Nothing all was great. Only problem is I now have to buy new garden furniture as I have to copy the great look and style of this place 😀

Very close to the beach. The different relaxing areas in the hotel are very nice. Cafes close by. Nice view of the beach from the bedroom. Cute decoration inside.

No door or curtain for the shower. It was just a glass door facing the main bed. We are a family of 4 and we were not happy about having showers with no privacy. The apartment is quite limited in size. Our apartment was on the last floor and since there is no lift we had to take our 4 suitcases up and down the stairs. The kitchen is quite small, we found it difficult to make meals in it.

Just a note that there were many stairs - 87 to be exact :) - to get to upper studio apartment. It was fine for me to walk up and down but may present access issues for others.

The hotel was definitely below our expectations. We changed our original accommodation to stay here because we noticed it was on sale, almost 40% off and from the photos and description we thought it was a good deal. The location was central in Lumbarda and the linen was clean and the staff were friendly and tried to make us comfortable. It was great that laundry service was available as we needed washing done on a long trip with a baby.

It is a lot more budget in real life than the photos display. I feel there were a lot of things unfinished about the property. Wires sticking out from the roof and walls, floors not sealed so asked if we spill water to clean it up (which seems obvious) A lamp hanging so low we constantly hit our head on it. An ant problem, all throughout the kitchen bench was ants constantly, with no food left on the bench. I couldn’t even leave my water bottle on the kitchen bench without getting ants in it. The air conditioning was so budget, it barely worked. The musty smell throughout the apartment was very unpleasant. Maybe from the air conditioning or the water under the unsealed floor boards. The breakfast was 25€ per person which is outrageous! I personally felt the mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable like foam, rather than a real mattress. Apologies for the negativity, I am just trying to give an honest review and I would not stay here again.

Really excellent breakfast and lovely location. We loved the way the property had been arranged, with plenty of outdoor space and a relaxed atmosphere.

The air conditioning didn’t seem very effective and the rooms would benefit from lighter bedding (there was quite a thick duvet on the bed and no sheet) - we were quite hot at night.

Amazing breakfast every morning and the apartment is right over a small harbor.

Beautiful quiet location- the apartment was lovely, the breakfast was amazing, everyone was very friendly. Really good value and close to some lovely small beaches and restaurants. Very helpful and organised a taxi for us from the ferry.

It was wonderful- worth noting quite a lot of stairs but wasn’t an issue for us!

The view from our Aparthotel was gorgeous. There were three bed bed options and a swing in the middle of the room. There are exactly 87 stairs up to the room (not including two ramps) but the climb is well worth it.

The shower was right next to the largest bed and there was no curtain to block the view, we took turns staying outside while one of us showered.

Great apartment that had tons of character, was clean and spacious. Also had alot of lovely common areas and great views of the harbour. Location was great for exploring the beaches and wineries, we rented bikes from the host and and enjoyed it so much. Breakfast did not disappoint, I was skeptical whether the cost would be worth it and if the previous reviews were true but we loved sitting in the cabanas every morning and having the various courses, endless coffee and feeling the love they put into all of it!

We had booked a boat tour through the host but unfortunately weather conditions didnt allow for it to happen. Nothing that the host could have prevented, just warning to travelers - if the weather is good, GO dont wait and try to do it another day and miss out like we did.
