Everything Liz was great, location perfect - 295 steps to the sea, apartment great.... It is not possible to find better in Rovinj. Thanks a lot and see you next year.

Parking, but it has nothing to do with this apartment it is problem of Rovinj. Vary expensive if you want to park near old city. But nothing can decrease wonderfull impresions we have about stay in Rovinj.

The apartment is centrally located in the old town and yet it is modern, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Lis, our host, was so very helpful and kind. She arranged a special meal for us at a stunning restaurant which was magical. Lis is passionate about this town and her knowledge is extensive. Her advice really enhanced our stay. I hope we can return one day as I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a truly wonderful place to stay in the beautiful town of Rovinj.

Loved everything

The whole vibe-views over the water ,step out the door and you are right there, the size & appliances in the apartment and Washing machine to catch up. The whole town is amazing and Lis is a perfect host. Beautiful lady

The apartment is very well renovated, spacious and bright. Very comfortable! You can hang your wet clothes outside, something I find very useful. Location is great, only a little tricky if you have heavy luggage.

You can hear the steps from above quite loud and there can be cigarette smell coming from the bars outside.

The apartment is spacious and well situated, close to the market.

If I compare this to other places we have stayed at, in Croatia at the same price, then this stay was a disappointment. The towels were so old the felt like sandpaper and some were stained by bleach. The linen was also old, worn and faded. The bed had a duvet cover on and no duvet. We had to scratch around very untidy storage cupboards to find a duvet inner and make up the bed ourselves. One dishwasher tablet for a 3 day stay? Again, we had to scratch through dirty cupboards and eventually found more in the broom cupboard. The TV did not work even though we asked and the host confirmed it worked at check in. With the amount of accommodation available in Rovinj, I think you can do better. Also, the name of the apartment (Sea View) is misleading. Although there is a bit of a sea view, you have to stand at the window and look to your left. It is not much of a sea view from the apartment.
