Lavanda

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Appartement direkt an einem schönen Strand. Marjana und ihr Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war alles perfekt.

It was a great place to unwind. A 15-20 walk from town where you find restaurants and cafes. Near a small grocery store to buy essentials for breakfast. We went mid April and the weather was sunny and cool. Marijana , the host, was a delight and we shared some Turkish coffee on our terrace the first day. We walked to the other towns and the castle.

The property was great for us. We really enjoyed the view of the water, the terrace and it had all the amenities needed.

Smeštaj je bio odličan – čist, uredan, udoban i na sjajnoj lokaciji. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni, gostoprimljivi i uvek dostupni za sve što je potrebno. Svaka preporuka! Sigurno ćemo se vratiti ponovo.

Divan smještaj za savršeno miran odmor s plažom koja je od terase smještaja udaljena 20-ak metara. Divno, skladno i potpuno opremljen apartman koji je identičan fotografijama na Booking-u. Domaćica je izuzetno draga i ljubazna, a zbog blizine mora, plaža i mirnog okružja, mjesto je idealno za miran i opuštajući odmor. Sve preporuke za sam otok, divne ljude i divan smještaj. I definitivno se vraćamo prvom prilikom 🥰.

The house is located on the very tip of Poljana, an absolutely quiet place with views on both Ugljan island and the mainland. Only a few steps from the concrete, but otherwise a very pleasant beach. There's small grocery nearby if you need basic stuff. The balcony apartment is small but functional with equipped kitchenette and the balcony itself is spacious with views on the garden, isle and shore (which allows more sunlight and I find very nice in general). The owner is very friendly and helpful. You'll stay next to the family quarters, but they won't let you feel like intruding or anything.

Few minor things like a balcony door needs adjusting of falling shelves. The bedroom has this strange smell or scent which I didn't particularly like (hard to ventilate, comes back). There's 30 EUR cleaning fee which I don't mind, but should be mentioned in the offer up front.

Marjana, the host, ist very nice. The Apartment was beautiful with everything one needs. And it is fantastically situated with the beach just a few steps away. So everything was perfect!!!

I stayed for two nights in the Lavanda apartment and I had the best time. The host Marijana made me feel at home and welcome the moment I stepped inside. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the couch and the bed are very comfortable. The balcony has an amazing view over the town and bay of Poljana. The apartment is located close to a small store (Studenac) and also close to the facilities of the larger town of Preko. I loved staying on the island of Ugljan, it is beautiful and there is so much to explore and see. Marijana was always open to answering any question I had and is such a friendly person. I can recommend everyone to visit Ugljan and if you do so, to stay at the Lavanda apartment.
