L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda per visitare Rastoke, Grotte, Laghi di Plitvice. Ristoranti e negozi a pochi minuti (di auto). Splendida vista, eccezionale la piscina ad uso esclusivo dell'alloggio, con sdraio, doccia e tavolo esterno. Fornito di tutto il necessario. Host molto disponibile.

Gli spazi interni sono carini ed accoglienti, solo forse un pochino ristretti per quattro persone.

The cutest little wooden cottage on a hill with the most magnificent views! 15 minute drive to Plitvice national park, there is a well stocked shopped 3 minutes down the road. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could need, the bed linens all felt new and the beds - although small - were very comfortable! There is a pool on site which we had to ourselves as the only other cottage had its own pool! My children loved exploring the grounds and there is a little playground just a short walk down the hill. The hosts are very helpful and very quick to respond to any messages. The bbq facilities are great, we used this both nights for cooking. We only stayed 2 nights and we wished we could of stayed longer! Such a relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world! Thank you!

There is little I can fault with this property! Location is great, facilities are great, atmosphere 10/10. The only thing was the sheet for the sleeper couch was to small other than that we loved our stay and would come back in a heart beat!

We have spent 2 days in Iko Appartment and we are all very positive about our stay. First, the location is perfect if you want to visit Plitvice lakes (around 16 mins by car to entrance 1). The territory is very nice, in the middle of the countryside. The area is huge with a big garden, a private swimming pool and an shared place for eating and barbecue! We are disappointed not being able to make barbecue »… lack of time! The appartement is a kind of chalet in wood, cosy, with kitchen, bathroom and leaving room in the ground floor. First floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with a small balcony with panoramic view on the garden and the pool! This place is ideal for a family with children, as well as for couple or small companies of friends. Owners are very kind, flexible on arrival and departure times. They spend lot of time to keep the appartement and surroundings (including the pool, flowers) very clean! We highly recommend Iko appartement for a stay in this area of Croatia. We even regret not to be able to stay longer! Thank you Petra, Ivan & familly for this few days!!!

No negative point, we just regret not to be able to spend few more days there to relax, enjoy the territory of the appartement and visit more in details this beautiful region.
