Some neighbors are really loud even late night they are yelling and fighting

The apartment is modern, clean and in a quiet residential location in Zadar. Within walking distance of the old town, beaches , restaurants etc. Excellent helpful communication with owner and online check-in was helpful

We arrived late at night and finding the apartment wasn’t easy as there was no name sign. Clear instructions about the position of apartment would help. We found the bed and sofa uncomfortable as they were too firm for us. Extra kitchen equipment eg scissors would be helpful

Magnificent apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Contactless check in and check out. A pleasant and contactable owner, who responds quickly to messages. 😉Quiet area and nice neighbors. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. To the center 20-30 minutes. Lidl about 10 min. We really liked it and we are very satisfied. Another special thanks to Anna, who organized 3 interesting excursions for us. 😍 Highly recommended.

clean walking distance to the town center

tight parking the name “penthouse” is misleading. it suggests a more spacious apartment.
