- location is great, especially for people who are looking for something off the main tourist centers - quiet village, small and almost "private" beach. - big and comfortable terrace with sea view - we've spent more of our time out there. - AC and sunblinds on terrace that makes the sun bearable in the warmest time of the day. - fully equipped kitchen - with coffee machine, large fridge, full set of cutlery, tablewares, pots and dishwasher. - hosts welcomed us with homemade pie and during our stay treated us with homemade grilled fish and meat from an outdoor grill! They've also shared with us additional beach towels and floating mattress.

- even though in the description there is information that there is a washing machine - that is not true. Hosts are happy to do your laundry for you - but this is NOT the same as having a washing machine on your own terms and not everyone feels comfortable with asking someone else for doing their laundry. - no stock of basic necessities (like toilet paper or garbage bags) - we have been given a small amount of these and we expected to have some stockpile in one of the drawers - that wasn't the case. Hosts gave us more when asked about it but it seemed like the expectation is that guests would buy themselves the rest. Overall - it seems like a simple lack of expectations management. If the above things would be clearly communicated right from the start, all of the above would be easily avoided :)
