Villa Apartments Duje

Great location and perfectly equipped - everything you need for a vacation. The apartment and the whole area, including the shared pool, are perfectly clean and in great shape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were welcomed warmly by Karmen and her family. The hosts are always available and super kind - we always felt well received and truly enjoyed the stay. The location is very good, even without rental car. Split airport is easily accessible by local bus, as are Split centre and Trogir. Supermarkts, beaches, and restaurants are close by. The location is quiet and not directly at the beach (10 min walk). Exceptionally clean (including the pool area) and very well kept by the host family - the whole apartment building is beautiful, with a nice private vegetable garden and a large and nice pool area for guests. There is always enough shade, perfect for a relaxing day. We truly enjoyed the stay and will be back!

Everything about the Apartment was amazing. The inside as well as the outside with the terrace and the pool was very tidy and well kept. We could always text the host if we needed anything, they even helped us make a fire in the barbecue and also gave us fresh produce from their garden for it! All in all we felt very welcome and comfortable.

The only small thing that we did not consider very well was the location of the apartment. It was quite a walk (10-20 min) depending on which beach you wanted to go to. The harbour with the beach promenade and restaurants were about 25 min by foot. If you have no problem with that, you have found the perfect vacation spot!

Lovely apartment. Spacious and very clean. Fully equipped in everything you need. Modern and freshly decorated. Comfortable bed. Large terrace. Lovely kept garden and swimming pool. Every morning the swimming pool and garden was cleaned and looked after. The apartment has separate entrance. It shows that the owners put guests as top priority. Really nice hosts! The location of the property is a bit far from the sea, around 15 min walk and drive to Split in traffic was bit tiring. I didn’t realise that it will take longer than the google map says. However if we stayed in Split we wouldn’t discover the lovely coastline where the apartment is based. Beautiful restaurants, charming villages along the coast and small but really nice beaches. Very relaxing and calm places, apartment and town.

In the full summer the apartment and terrace are probably best place to hide from the hot sun however I missed a little bit more of natural sunlight in the apartment and terrace. But the swimming pool area was great option to choose for If I need to.

The pool is really nice.

Ants are in the apartment. It’s inconvenient to get the vacuum everyday to do the cleaning ourselves so the ants don’t overgrow in the apartment.

Very kind host; great facilities - the beautiful garden with different fruit trees, flowers and vegetables are well taken care with passions; a walking distance to the activities on the beach.

Hostess was wonderful in welcoming us and there was great communication beforehand. A lovely, clean, fresh apartment.
