Close to the old city, 15 minutes walk . The apartment has anything you'll need including washing machine . The owner was also very very nice.

The owner is careful and tries to help you with everything he can. He also provides interesting amenities: coffee, water, cookies, etc. The old town is 15 minutes away from the apartment: a pleasant walk. I would easily go back there.

The apartment was clean, centrally located and well-equipped. Our host was so kind and really made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend.

The apartment was in a convenient and communicative place. There was a place for the car, right under the window. The host was kind and responsive.

Everything in the kitchen, living room and bathroom is quite old and shabby

It's such a spacious, lovely apartment at a great price! Location is great, just a short walk to the old town. The owner greeted me upon checking in and was very friendly. The aircon wasn't working well on my first night but it was promptly fixed. The kitchen was well-stocked (with some fresh fruits as well, lovely touch), and I really appreciated the washing machine!

Nothing at all, highly recommend the apartment if you're staying in Split. If I have to be pedantic there are some stairs inside the apartment and the building, which might be difficult if you have mobility issues. The sidewalk in front of the building is also full of parked cars, so you'll have to walk on the road.
