"Wonderful stay!"

We had a wonderful stay! The host family was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their children were very friendly and played with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable for everyone. There was even a swimming pool – a real treat for the children after long hours in the car. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Very kind host.In a great location.Very spacious for family.Looked very clean and tidy once we entered.

Our room was a lower level back of the house room.Felt like a basement.A distinct smell of mould.Old linen.The mattress cover had" fuzz balls from oldness and one pillow smelled like the previous resident....no inner covers on the pillows and mattresses.

"A comfortable stay in lovely Slunj."

We only had time to stay one night, and after being on the road for two weeks we had a lot of dirty laundry with us. Since there was a washing machine in the description, we thought we might have time to do a couple of washes. What we didn't know was that the washing machine was in our hosts own flat. She insisted on doing the laundry for us. In the meantime we went bathing in the Korana river, next to the beautiful Slunj Rastoke waterfalls. When we got back, our host had already put up all the clothes from the first laundry to dry. Then she did another one for us, talk about being service-minded! The apartment was perfect for us, nice and clean and nothing to complain about.

The WC-tank was leaking water into the bowl which made a little noise but that wasn't a problem after shutting the door to the bathroom.

The house was very comfortable and provided most of the things we needed. It was in a nice location.The host very kind and cheerful

-The kitchen and bedroom cupboards smelled musty. of the bedroom the mold was evident. - The curtains were transparent and anyone passing by outside the ground floor room could see you. We were troubled when we wanted to change clothes we had to go to the kitchen -Maybe an iron for the clothes you need
