Brak dobrej klimatyzacji, dziwny sposób zameldowania. Głowne drzwi nie działaly najlepiej. Mikro łazienka bez zamykanych drzwi.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Small bathroom. Attention to detail, battery clock on wall wasn't working. Either change battery or remove. No towels matched.

Only location but we didn’t really care about that as we booked the accommodation not really knowing location would be perfect to watch our son play football as it was next to tournament premises. We didn’t care it was next to the beach as we didn’t come for that. Besides Medulin is small and you get anywhere very quickly anyways.

We cared for cleanliness and being comfortable. I overheard conversation with owner and person in front of me from the agency and immediately understood there will be issues. As per the person at the agency we were supposed to go to Posesi 203 and we ended up in Posesi 202. I wasn’t sure if the water or electricity will be turned on either. We were supposed to have 2 big beds but in the end we were not in that accommodation as we had only 1 big bed and our son slept on sofa downstairs. I felt like transported back to Tito’s time. The mattress is not a proper mattress and honestly don’t know how we slept even single night there. The linen and covers seems used by someone else, only towels seemed clean. Also I was never provided the bill so they will be reported to the authorities in Croatia as that’s illegal. They asked for cash payment and only provided with statement they received cash which is not a receipt/bill which I asked to be sent by email and I never received it. That’s how they avoid tax. We decided to cut our stay short and left next day even though we paid for 2 nights. I don’t recommend anyone staying there. For such places, I am ashamed to be Croat and this is not common for Istria as people usually there are very welcoming and professional. However, we didn’t experience that here.
