Apartment Luka

Apartment is close to the local shop and it was not that bad for the price. Very modern equipment. Biggest plus was the A/C - nice after long day in the sun. But read the negative too.

When we arrived to the apartement we were very dissapointed. A lot of things were broken or in very bad condition. I informed the staff imidietly. It wasn’t the cleanest either - there was dirt on the blankets and dishes. But over all on first glance it looked good and modern.

Great location, close to the main Korzo promenade. There is a large Tommy grocery shop 50 metres away, and a bus stop. Location 10/10, cleanliness of the flat was very good.

The air-conditioning did not work, even though the description clearly states that the flat has air-conditioning and this thing was most important to me, as an asthmatic, when choosing a flat. I reported the problem with the air-conditioning but all I received was a reply that "unfortunately" the air-conditioning is controlled by the building - the user cannot turn it on when they want, I did not even receive an apology. The building is all glass and east-south facing, so the sun shines practically all the time and despite the temperature of 24-25 degrees the flat was like an oven! I asked if there was any chance that the air-conditioning would be switched on (the landlord could at least contact the building administrator and resolve the issue, because as they wrote to me it is the building that decides whether the flat should have air conditioning or not) but received no answer… So I rate the friendliness of the staff at 0. If you like the feel of an oven or greenhouse then I confidently recommend it. For me as an asmatic, breathing there in that oven was very hard.

clean, big enough and in the city center

it is super warm in the whole flat and there’s no AC. also the blinds are not good so you wake up at 5 with the sun in your face
