Zadar Dream

Exceptional communication and greeting from Davor and his mum. Our flight was delayed and instead of arriving at the apartment at 00:45, we arrived at 03:45. Nothing was too much trouble. Davor's mum met us at the apartment and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. There was tea, coffee, sugar, spices, wine, water and juice. Couldn't ask for more - a very nice surprise! The apartment itself is in a superb location, overlooking the Roman forum and within easy walking distance of all there is to see in old town Zador. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom spacious and clean with a lovely bath and shower. The balcony of the apartment is the star of the show - location, location, location! We loved the apartment and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Davor and mum xx

Location was amazing. Davor and his mum were very kind and helpful.

The air conditioning was very noisy and not very effective. Would have been nice to have units in bedrooms. We were told to keep the noise down due to a neighbour complaint, but we are honestly struggling to think what noise, other than kids playing, it could have been, so perhaps not best if with a young family?

The location is perfect. The view from the terrace was stunning. We had everything that was needed in the apartment, literally everything.

It is not about the property but the whole building - it doesn’t have elevator

The location was good, the apartment was on the 4th floor, right near old town with lots to see and do, beautiful sea is right across the street just a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again. Nancy Zic Piscitelli

Location is amazing right in the middle of the old town. The large verandah has a full view of the waterfront and old town church. It is the most beautiful and longest sunset I have ever experienced. You have full view from the verandah, so bring your nibbles and drinks and enjoy and has a table outside on verandah with 4 seats and 2 lounge chairs as well. It is so worth every cent. Unit was very clean and comfortable, has 2 large bedrooms, storage cupboards, full kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, clothes rack and nice lounge. Hosts are very helpful and accommodating.

Unit is on the top floor (4 floors up) with no lift, BUT that's europe, and if you want an amazing view of the sea, sunset and old town you will walk the stairs.

Excellent location, lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. Host was very friendly and helpful. Davor kindly bought milk for us as we arrived late in the evening. He also left wine, water, fruit juice for us. Great view from the balcony. Very handy for restaurants and sights. Highly recommended. (Be aware there are lots of stairs if you have mobility issues.)

The bath was shorter than most English ones but not really an issue. There was a shower over it anyway.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with an absolutely great location in the city center. Breathtaking view from the terrace. Our host Davor was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Thank you, we will definitely return to you next time!
