Iris apartment private parking

We had everything we needed for short family vacation. Apartment is very well equipped, clean, spacious and on great location. Iris is kind and helpful host. Every recommendation.

El apartamento de Iris es ideal para una estadía en Split. Ubicado en el primer piso de un moderno edificio sobre una preciosa avenida. Está equipado con todo lo necesario y más también. Espacios grandes y confortables y por si fuera poco una terraza a la preciosa avenida. Supermercado al lado y la parada del bus enfrente para llevarte en 5 minutos al centro histórico. Iris es encantadora y está a disposición para recibirte y solucionar cualquier inconveniente (que no tuvimos) El parking está frente al edificio. No dudaré un instante en recomendarlo a mi familia y amigos.

Apartamenty byli nowoczesne oraz bardzo czyste. Wszystko co trzeba i nawet więcej. Pani Iris ,bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo dziękujęmy, to było-wspaniałe!

Nothing. Everything was great

The location was good , the apartment had everything we needed , the bed was comfortable. It was close to some restaurants and a supermarket but a quiet area .

The apartment was lovely but the welcome was rushed and we don’t like owners custodians repeatedly asking when we are arriving or leaving their premises, we will always work within their restrictions. The top sheet on the bed had blood stains on it when we arrived but thankfully there was a clean sheet in a drawer! The apartment was lovely just a couple of things that needed extra attention to get a 10 from us .

Iris is the best host I've ever had, most welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean, air-conditioned and with a fully equipped kitchen. We had zero problems living there.

Even though the Booking description says that the checkout is at 11:00, in reality it is 10:00 (which was not a problem for us, could be for someone else).
