"Convenient and comfortable"

Unexpectedly modern and spacious, very well equipped as well, Great location near the Old Town, yet situated in narrow and quiet side alley. Very helpful owner, greeted us with tea and provided plenty of tips for moving around the city

This particular room is quite dark and has very small windows, which some people may find unappealing

"Perfect place to stay in Split"

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location of the apartment is very central, but it is still quiet as it is located on a side street. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. The owners met us on arrival and offered us a drink and took the time to talk us through some of the best things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travellers and would stay here again if back in Split.

"Peaceful stay in quiet area but close enough to enjoy everything in Split"

The location of the property was perfect. A comfortable stay in a quiet area for a good nights sleep. Also very close to the historical centre, harbour and Marjan park. Couldn’t have chosen better for a chilled time away. Lina and Davor were lovely, very informative and helpful when and if needed.

"Very nice stay"

Very nice place, clean rooms, cosy little studio perfect for two people. Located perfectly. Super nice and helpful hosts.

- Unfortunately we could here all the noises from the outside, but that's the price for being located almost in the center of old town of split - It would be great to have breakfast option

The location is fantastic, with numerous restaurants, markets, and sightseeing spots just a short walk away. The harbor is less than a five-minute stroll from the apartment. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always on-site to offer suggestions or assist with anything you might need. They welcomed us with refreshing drinks and shared valuable tips about the area and local attractions. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches. We absolutely loved our stay.

We have nothing but praise for this apartment. We couldn't recommend it more highly—everything was fantastic! It truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
